Terms & Conditions
Membership payments are processed monthly from the date you joined. Your payment covers classes from that date for 30 days. Your membership will automatically roll over for 6 payment cycles (the equivalent of 6-months).
AWPilates & Wellness Centre Members are welcome to swap between the Membership options. Simply email email@example.com to change your Membership.
Suspend your membership
You are welcome to pause your membership at any time, for a minimum of 14 days. You may do this once every 3 months with no fees. Additional suspensions will be charged at a non-refundable rate of $5 per week. If you would like to suspend your Membership simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with at least 14 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment.
Cancel your membership
After the initial 8 week minimum term,simply email email@example.com with at least 1 months notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment. All requests for cancellations must be made in writing. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation when it has been completed.
Memberships are paid in advance, so no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within adequate time frames.
We do understand that life can be unexpected, so please discuss your situation with us directly if need be.
The introductory offer can be used once only and is valid for 30 days from the date of your first class after purchasing the pass. If you have already been to a casual session or purchased a 10 class pass, you are still able to purchase the intro month.
Booking and cancellation policy
As class sizes are limited, we strongly recommend you pre-book online or via the MindBody app (under AWPilates & Wellness Centre) to reserve your place. Bookings open 3 months in advance.
If you need to cancel, please do so 12 hours before class starts. If you forget to cancel or are absent, casual and 10 class pass holders will be charged for that class. ‘No Show’ penalties will apply after your 3rd no-show. These charges will be applied directly to your account.
All late cancellations related to Covid-19 will ensure complete loss of the class pass. Classes are not transferable, or available to place on hold. If you are quarantined or unable to attend due to exposure to Covid-19 or travel related concerns all cancellation policies will apply.
Returns & refunds
All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any client for unused Membership periods or casual/10-class passes.
AWPilates & Wellness Centre reserves the right to cancel and change teachers, events, classes, workshops and teacher training without prior notice.
We will not pass your email address or any other details on to any other party.
