Pilates is a series of exercises encompassing the core values of strength, flexibility, stability, postural awareness and spinal movement to help you feel strong, toned and flexible in no time.
Pilates is a true mind and body workout. Our members often say they feel instant improvements to their posture, mental wellbeing, sleeping patters and physical capabilities after joining in our classes.
Small group classes create a fun and social way to improve your health and fitness! We incorporate small apparatus, such as balls or the ‘pilates ring’ to keep the exercise fun yet challenging.
Provide additional personal attention in both private and semi-private classes. These can be held in the privacy of your own home or in Bushland Beach. Your private session will include an assessment and personalised work out.
Yoga (for all levels)
We offer a beautiful range of Yoga classes taught by experienced instructors. You will learn to move with your breath while lengthening out the body and reconnecting with yourself.
Pre & Postnatal
These classes have been designed for women in their 2nd & 3rd trimester! These classes focus on breath lengthening the spine, opening the hips/pelvis and strengthening the back, shoulders, arms.
6-Week Beginner's Pilates Course
Over 6 – weeks, this course will take you from “never having done Pilates” to “love it” and feel confident while attending!
This class runs every Sunday morning (no need to register for a full course!) We will work on the foundations of Barre every week while sweating, toning and shaping the body!
I have had clients identify important activities that they can no longer do, which includes walking, playing with children/grandchildren, getting out of bed pain free and getting up/down off the floor. I am pleased to say clients usually achieve their goal using Pilates to strengthen their core muscles and improve their agility and balance.
These goals can be achieved through Private lessons as well as group classes. I can adapt all exercises and programs to fit your needs.
(optional to be completed prior to your first class if you feel there are additional medical/physical concerns your instructor needs to be aware of)
