Beginners 6 Week Course
Pilates will begin to increase your muscle strength and tone, particularly in your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and bum! We will focus on our posture to improve stability in the body, body awareness and improve back health.

This 6 – week course includes 1 month of access to all our other classes available on the timetable DURING your course including yoga, stretch and meditation. These classes will review our foundational exercises and continue to enhance your progress!
You will also have a printed workbook that will have all our exercises and information that we will go through over the next 6 weeks. You do not have to fill these out but they are a great place to jot down some tips/tricks to help you practice at home. These are not for resell and are intended for personal use only; not to be shared or photocopied.
Where are classes held and how much are they?
There is nothing else you need to bring or do prior to the start of your program! We are a small, wonderful group of 8 and I really hope we all can get to know one another each week and continue to build our beautiful community. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask!
Numbers are strictly limited to 8 students! This maintains our ability to keep classes personal but with a BIG community feel so make sure you reserve your space asap so you don’t miss out!
