My passion and pride lies in working with others to love their bodies, their health and movement. However – it  is now time I turn my energy and attention to my family and my own health. After considerable thought and in light of recent government health policies and changes; I need to place my health and the health of my family as a priority. I am taking on the recommendations of my health professionals that I take a step back from teaching and head into an early maternity leave. This is for the health and safety of mum and baby. 
On that note, it is with a very heavy heart (and not a light decision), we will be closing our doors on Friday, February 11, 2022 indefinitely. As of February 01, 2022 we will be operating on a very LIMITED timetable and our online booking system will cease. 
It is no secret that I love teaching – I love Pilates and I love our studio! 
I have been teaching for 8 years to a diverse group of individuals. I have completed extensive training in Pilates, Yoga and Barre; and have become a certified instructor in  trauma-related classes, mums & bubs, child/youth classes and community mental health programs. I continue my education as I progress through my Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Pilates as well as Advanced Pre-Postnatal Yoga.

Hi, I’m Anne!

My passion is to share my knowledge and love of Pilates, Yoga & Barre Fitness; along with the benefits it provides for physical, mental and emotional well-being. I offer classes in an upbeat, cozy atmosphere, and warmly welcoming everyone to join us! I strongly believe this is a versatile practice that will transform both the mind and body.
